CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER

Several innovative companies even use their customer service centers to help them to stay in touch with their customers. Rather than have their centers simply be complaint handling centers, they use them to stay in touch with and improve relations with their customers. The prepurchase inquiries, that involve product use and care after purchase, and next thing involve service, including how to diagnose problems. Representatives have a lot of attitude to do whatever is necessary to make the customer happy. The center is not only for customer service, but also as a marketing tool. The process provides feedback about the market place and particular issue of concern to the company.
